Machine Athletics Association · Travel Baseball
Real reps. Real coaching. Real facility. MAA travel baseball is built for players who want to develop — not just wear a uniform on weekends.
Who This Is For
Whether you're coming from somewhere else or starting from zero — we want to talk to you.
Frustrated with your current organization? Overpaying for under-delivered promises? Tired of politics and poor facilities? Bring your squad to MAA. We'll give your players a real home base, a real training facility, and a program that actually invests in development.
Have a group of kids and a vision but no organization behind you? We'll help you build a team from the ground up. MAA handles the infrastructure so you can focus on what matters — coaching baseball and developing players who love the game.
The Program
Every Machine Athletics travel program is built on the same foundation. What you add on top — coaching, schedule intensity, tournament load — is a conversation we have together.
MAA handles all league registration and scheduling logistics. You show up, compete, and develop. The paperwork is on us.
Tournament selection and entry coordinated by MAA based on your team's age group and competitive goals for the season.
Practice time at our 4,900 sq ft indoor facility in Orrville. Five batting cages, pitching machine, and professional equipment — year-round.
Full team uniform package included. Every player looks the part from day one — no chasing parents for gear money.
Full season calendar built and communicated well in advance. Parents and players know what to expect before they commit.
MAA staff available throughout the season. You're not buying a jersey and getting ghosted — we're your organization, not just a vendor.
Coaching & Development
Not every team needs the same level of involvement from us — and we're not going to charge you for things you don't need. We offer two coaching and development structures depending on what fits your team.
Have a coach already and just need the organization behind you? Perfect. Want MAA to take a more active role in player development? We can step in as your Development Director — running practices, tracking progress, and building a real development plan for every player on the roster.
Tell us what you need in the conversation and we'll build the right package around it.
Our Philosophy
We don't post a flat rate because every team is different. Age group, tournament load, coaching involvement, schedule length — all of it affects the number. What we can tell you is that we are not here to maximize what we extract from families.
MAA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We exist to grow athletics in this community — not to run a travel baseball business. That means pricing is a real conversation, not a take-it-or-leave-it number on a website.
Get Started
No commitment, no pressure. Just a conversation about your team, your goals, and whether MAA is the right fit. Jason will reach out personally — by phone or text, whichever you prefer.
